What's free, and what do credits buy?
Finding prospects is free: 5 business-research runs every day, each returning verified contacts with a live buying signal at no cost. Credits buy the outreach — 1 credit turns a prospect into a work-ready one (a personalized opener + mini-audit). Credits also cover High-Thinking research answers. New accounts start with 50 credits.
How do plan credits work?
Each plan (Starter $29, Growth $79, Scale $199) gives you a set number of credits every month. At each renewal your balance refreshes to the full allowance — unused credits don't roll over, so you always start the month full. Cancel anytime; when a plan ends, its remaining credits expire.
When am I charged credits?
Never for discovery — finding prospects and reading their signals is always free. You spend 1 credit only when you unlock a prospect's outreach angle, and a few credits per High-Thinking research answer (Light and Fast are free).
Do credits expire?
Your free 50 starting credits are valid for 30 days. On a paid plan, credits are a monthly allowance that refreshes each billing cycle — unused credits don't carry over, and they end when you cancel.
How do I pay?
By card through Dodo Payments' secure checkout. Dodo Payments is our merchant of record and handles billing and applicable taxes.
