What exactly am I buying?

Credits. They power every research tool on the platform — business research spends 1 credit per new verified business, and product research spends 10 credits per report. The cost is always shown before you start. Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.

When am I charged credits?

For business research, only when a new, unique business is saved — duplicates you already have, or a search that finds nothing, aren't charged. For product research, the report cost is charged when you start, and automatically refunded if the job fails.

Do credits expire?

No. Purchased credits stay in your account until you use them.

How do I pay?

By card through Dodo Payments' secure checkout. Dodo Payments is our merchant of record and handles billing and applicable taxes.

Can I get a refund?
