Terms of Service

Auramiq is an AI research platform that searches publicly available web sources and analyzes what it finds — presenting the results in a dashboard and API. It offers multiple research tools, including business research (finding and verifying publicly listed business contact details and scoring them for relevance) and product research(comparing prices, offers, seller trust, and reviews for a product). The Service helps you research and verify information. It does not send messages, marketing, or outreach on your behalf, and it is not a marketing-list provider.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and verify your email address.

The Service operates on prepaid credits. One credit is consumed for each new business contact saved to your account. Credit packs and their prices are shown in the app before purchase and are charged in US dollars.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Dodo Payments handles the transaction, billing, and applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Dodo Payments' buyer terms. Credits are added to your account once payment is confirmed. Purchased credits do not expire.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party;
• send unsolicited or bulk marketing, spam, or any communications that violate anti-spam or data-protection laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL);
• build, sell, rent, or otherwise distribute marketing lists or contact databases from the information the Service provides;
• resell, scrape, or redistribute the Service or its data except as permitted;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Information returned by the Service is drawn from publicly available sources and is provided for legitimate business research only — for example market analysis, partnerships, recruitment, and due diligence. You are responsible for using it lawfully.

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Auramiq and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Business contact information you access is yours to use subject to Section 4.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any contact or data returned. Verification signals (e.g. data checks) are best-effort indicators, not guarantees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auramiq will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
