• Account data — your name, email address, and password (stored hashed), provided when you register.
• Usage data — your searches, saved companies, and credit activity, which are needed to provide the Service.
• Payment data — handled entirely by our payments provider, Dodo Payments. We do not receive or store your full card details; we retain only a record of the purchase (pack, amount, and a transaction reference).

We use your information to operate and secure the Service, process purchases and credits, send transactional email (such as email verification and password resets), provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

We share limited data with providers that help us run the Service:

• Dodo Payments — payment processing and merchant-of-record billing.
• Resend — sending transactional emails.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud hosting and database.
• Groq — optional AI processing to help resolve contact names (only page content is sent; not your account data).

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

The Service processes publicly available business information about companies. For every result, we record its source and the search it came from (provenance) to support responsible use. You must use this information lawfully and must not use it for unsolicited marketing or spam, or to build or sell marketing lists.

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in (authentication tokens). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Our payment provider may set cookies necessary to complete checkout.

We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
